Paddle a stand-up board in glassy Tamarindo bay water on this beginner-friendly SUP tour — board, paddle, and a 15-minute beach lesson included.
Once you learn how to keep your balance (and our specialist trainers will guide you!) you will be paddling around Tamarindo’s beach (and any other beach you choose to go to) with confidence. Our instructors will share their great tips about how to stay up on the board and navigate our waterways for your full enjoyment, fun, and safety. All ages from 8 years old and up can enjoy it!
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Within 24 hours, no refund. Minimum age 10; must be comfortable in calm water (life vests provided). Bring swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen, dry bag, water. Tours run rain or shine; reschedules for lightning only. Not recommended in late pregnancy or with recent shoulder injury.
